Cerritos Reflection & Crisis Binder Instructions

Attached are the instructions for the conference reflection (Cerritos reflection due next Wednesday) as well as the research binder for crisis/historical committees. For all other committees, the instructions for the research binder should have been handed out a few meetings ago, but I'll start a Google Drive MUN resource folder for all of you to add to your personal Drives if you're missing anything and send it out soon.
